Services

BranBytes LLC provides managed IT, Microsoft 365 administration, and website development and care to business clients. The specific services, pricing, and schedule for each client are set out in a signed engagement letter and scope of work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars in each client's scope of work. Invoices are payable by bank transfer (ACH) or other methods we offer, by the due date shown on the invoice. Applicable sales tax is added where required by law.

Refunds and cancellations

Services are delivered as professional work, so completed work is not refundable. Deposits are applied to work performed under the related scope of work. Monthly services may be cancelled as described in the client's engagement letter. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will review it promptly.

Client accounts and data

Clients own their accounts, domains, licenses, and data. We access client systems only to perform the agreed services and treat client information as confidential.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as set out in each client's engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
