BranBytes LLC ("BranBytes," "we," "us") provides IT and website services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Contact and billing information you give us, such as names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing addresses.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Client system information we access while providing services, such as device inventories and account settings. We use it only to perform the work our clients engage us for.

How we use information

We use information to provide and bill for our services, communicate with clients, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect the security of client systems.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as payment processing, accounting, and email delivery), when required by law, or with the client's permission.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption and multi-factor authentication, to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations, by emailing b.melcher@branbytes.com.
